We Are Hiring: Relationship Coaches

We’re currently hiring part-time and full-time Relationship Coaches to work with individuals and couples in a virtual setting. This is your opportunity to bring biblical transformation to real lives through 1-on-1 guidance and prayerful mentorship

Coach Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate 1-on-1 or couples coaching sessions via Zoom
  • Guide clients using our Christian coaching model (training provided)
  • Support clients with tools for spiritual growth, communication, and healing
  • Use our CRM platform to manage appointments and coaching records
  • Participate in monthly team check-ins and optional training workshops
